Fayetteville Beer Works is a gathering place in East Fayetteville, focused on making great beer, fostering a fun environment, and providing a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for ALL who enter. OUR BARTENDERS WANT TO BE HERE AND WANT TO SERVE YOU!

FAY, as we affectionately call it, was founded by the O'Connell Family. Brian and Khara are graduates of the University of Arkansas. After some adventures that eventually landed them in Denver in 2008, they founded Renegade Brewing Company in Denver's Santa Fe Arts District in 2011. Renegade grew to 3 locations, 6000 bbls and five state distribution in the time that Brian and Khara owned it. Renegade also racked up many medals at major beer competitions like GABF and the International Beer Awards. After exiting the business in 2019, Brian and Khara came back to Fayetteville to raise their 3 year-old twins Emmett and Gracie. In 2022, after stumbling upon the location for FAY during a Goodwill drop off, Brian decided it was time to get back in the beer game. "This time we want to focus just on the community aspect of beer. We won't be chasing medals or mass expansion. We will produce sessionable, full-flavored beers to gather around. We will serve simple food at reasonable prices so you can be out in the world again finding a third place that isn't home or your workplace."

We hope you'll find it's the ideal place to enjoy some down time and a drink or snack with your friends, your kids, or your new best friend you just met. Come play some games on the patio or just relax in the shade. Learn about beer from our staff or strike up some mindless chit chat with a stranger. We’ll try to inspire you from time to time, but this is your place, so enjoy it as you see fit.
